Options
--name: Egress Sink name
- Required.

--connection-string: [Config] Connection string for the target Azure Storage account.

--container-name: [Config] Name of the target blob container.
- Value = [string]
--is-enabled: Specifies whether to enable or disable the sending of messages to the Egress Sink. By default, the sending of messages to the newly created Egress Sink is enabled. To disable it, use the option '--is-enabled false'.
--instance-label: Label for IoT Platform instance
